Abstract:
The special place in the solution of this problem is allocated not only to new construction, but
also the operated fund of residential and public buildings which thermal characteristics don't meet
modern requirements. Decrease in energy consumption of the operated buildings can be reached by
increase of thermal characteristics of the protecting designs.
